FFG-4 SERIES: to form, hole punch, cut with steel rule die and stack (forming cycles by compressed air and/or vacuum operation)
Off-line thermoforming unit
Four stations, to form, hole punch, cut with steel rule die and stack in sequence.
Suitable to thermoform a wide range of plastic materials, such as HIPS, OPS, PP, PET, PVC, PLA and other materials.
Forming cycles by compressed air and/or vacuum operation.
The series includes three sizes:
- FFG-4 670;
- FFG-4 760;
- FFG-4 920.
Also for this series of machines there is the possibility to have the two columns or the four-columns forming station without losing any characteristics of efficiency which differentiate AMUT machines. For the two-column machine, only the two smallest sizes are available.
The main characteristic of this series of machine is the possibility to have a station between the forming and the cut with steel rule die, the so-called “hole punching station”.
Servo-drives for all the motion axis into the cycle.
The series provides the use of the following:
- sheet down-holder and plugs with servo-drives;
- connection to the utilities and rapid fastening of the tools;
- different configurations of the sheet heating oven.
Different stacking solutions with stacker and final counter of the thermoformed item are available as alternative to the traditional solution of the wall stacking system.
Output speed up to 45 cycles/minutes.
Plant management and control through PLC.
