The use of Corrugators type F250 and F315 (active) is facilitated by the possibility of open and close the forming channel. Such solution allows a quick response to possible stopping of the line due, as an example, to lack of power. In this case any plastic material laying between the dies can be easily removed and production promptly restarted. The production of model F630 marks the ITIB Machinery International’s contribution to big diameter field, for drain and sewage application. This model features a system for dies driving of “SHUTTLE” type, in order to limit the quantity of dies and the corrugator size. Such design includes six dies in the forming channel and two in the close and open area, the last being in the “quick return” phase. General characteristics are similar to models F250 and F315; therefore it includes aluminium dies, direct cooling of dies, vacuum assisted forming system and opening forming channel.
