Models up to 125 mm are of the “closed structure” type. In this type of corrugators the dies are made of steel, are moving along cooled rails and are driven by a single gear located in the upper or lower section, with no link between each die.
Equipments are available in different lenghts for every maximum obtainable tubing diameter, fulfilling every Customer need as far as range and production speed are concerned.
The main features of our corrugators are the semplicity of use along with high ruggedness and precision of components, ensuring a long term operation and an high quality production.
All models are supplied with the blow forming system, with low pressure air being insufflated through the extrusion head, and thus forcing the plastic material against the dies. In case of the insertion of electrical wires or PEX pipes, also vacuum forming is available.
